I'm incredibly inspired by what [Company Name] is doing, and I genuinely believe I'm a fantastic match for this position. Having said that, the offered salary of $50,000 doesn't quite hit the mark of my expected salary range, which is between $60,000 to $70,000. I understand that budgets can be tight and I want to respect that. However, I am confident I can bring significant value to this role given my experience in X, Y, Z. If there's some flexibility to revisit the salary and bring it closer to my range, I would be thrilled to keep this conversation going.
