Turn Rejection to Opportunity

 Turn Rejection to Opportunity

This is a HUGE opportunity I see a lot of candidates missing out on. If you made it to the interview, there's something the company sees in you. You want to stay top of mind and first in line for other opportunities. No, you may not receive an answer every single time. Some managers cannot share feedback. But, this has helped many people land roles. A two-minute email could be all the difference in getting a job at your dream company.

Here's the template: Dear (Hiring Manager), Thank you so much for the opportunity and update regarding XYZ Position. While I am disappointed, I wanted to let you know I enjoyed meeting the team and learning about a career at ABC Company. The company's (mission/vision) truly aligns with my personal and professional goals and I will continue to keep an eye out for openings where I can make an impact. Are you able to provide feedback regarding the interview? I would love to know how I can make myself a stronger candidate for future opportunities. Please let me know what I can do to stay on your radar for future opportunities and if we can connect on LinkedIn. I look forward to connecting again soon!
