  11. Career Summary (Experienced) /  Career Objective (Freshers)
  12. Put your Work Experiences Chronologically Newest to Earliest-(Put Company Name and a Brief Description about the company -To give the interviewer about  your Industry Exposure and work volume.)
  13. Put Important Job Responsibilities you handled.
  14. Your Accomplishments in the jobs you done.
  15. Your Educational Qualifications.
  16. Your Academic Achievements if any -Like ,Published a Research Paper or Getting University Rank in a Subject etc. if it is related to the job being Applied.
  17. Personal Details -Put only relevant details here ( Your father's name is not relevant to the HR).
  18. Don't use tables in resume , It will hinder selection of your resume by some ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) Software's.
  19. Add a professional headshot.
  20. Tailor your resume to match the job description to increase the chances for interviews and ATS word matching.
  21.  Some Job Search websites offer free resume review services try using them.

    Finally Name your File in this format

    Job Title _Your Name  and send it in pdf to keep its structure else if requested in other formats then         proceed with it.
